'Angels Fall' is the second single from the album Dark Before Dawn. It was released on April 14th, 2015.
'Angels Fall' is such a great song. Once again, it's very traditional BB in its sound, other than the synth at the beginning of the intro (which is badass, btw). It brings together the more melodic side of Breaking Benjamin songs, delivering it to us with an uplifting message of togetherness. I love the lyrics to this song, I really, really do. There's something so hopeful about them, that no matter what happens or has happened, Ben will always be there for whomever the song is addressed to (it could be to us, the fans, or to Rhiannon, his wife, or to music in general...). Even more than that, this song encapsulates the way I feel now that Breaking Benjamin is back after such a long and trying hiatus. "We will live forever," and "I will never say goodbye" are both lines that just make me feel invincible as a BB fan.
