Classic question but it's good to get us started. Which past BB album is your favorite? Why?

Phobia is my favourite, and there are a bunch of reasons why. Saturate feels kind of juvenile, like first albums tend to when you've got an extensive discography, and We Are Not Alone, while much greater, still feels like it's maturing. Dear Agony, while a fantastic album, always sounded a little too... I don't know, harsh? There was something about the tone of the music and the feel that sounded a lot cooler than previous albums (like, heat 'cool', not awesome 'cool'), and I didn't like it as much as Phobia's tones. Phobia, for me, is the sweet spot. The songwriting is in full Breaking Benjamin stride, the atmosphere and tone of the album is rich, and I think it showcases all of the best sides of Ben's voice, the musicianship of the band members, and Ben's writing talents. I love the traditional BB songs (eg. The Diary of Jane), I love the intro and outro and how its sets the tone for the album, I love the more experimental songs (You Fight Me, You), I love how so many of the songs make me feel like I'm soaring... I love every Breaking Benjamin album, but Phobia just has that sprinkle of something more.
